IN THIS PROJECT

Inotek was engaged for the conceptualisation, planning, and multidisciplinary engineering of the facility, integrating international regulatory expectations into the project from the earliest stages of development.

The engineering strategy focused on enabling efficient multi-product manufacturing operations through process-led zoning, cleanroom integration, HVAC engineering, pressure cascade planning, and utility infrastructure designed for operational scalability.

Special emphasis was placed on contamination control philosophy, personnel and material movement strategy, and future-ready infrastructure planning aligned with EU-GMP and WHO-GMP expectations.

METRICS / BRAND PHILOSOPHY SECTION

Regulatory-First Engineering

At Inotek, pharmaceutical facilities are not designed around drawings alone. They are engineered around regulatory behaviour, process logic, contamination control philosophy, and operational predictability.

Every engineering decision — from zoning strategy to utility planning — is developed to reduce compliance risk long before inspection readiness becomes a concern.

Multidisciplinary Engineering Integration

The project integrated conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering alongside cleanroom systems, HVAC strategy, utility infrastructure, BMS/EMS integration, and execution support within a unified engineering framework.

Designed for long-term scalability, the facility incorporated future-ready infrastructure planning while maintaining operational efficiency and containment-oriented engineering principles.

“Inotek brought a highly structured and compliance-oriented approach to the engineering of our facility. Their ability to integrate operational practicality with international regulatory thinking added significant value during the planning and development stages.”
